MARCUS FANG
has been an international educator for more than 30
years, and has had extensive experience in international
recruitment. Until his retirement in 2005, Marc was
Director of Foreign Student and ESL Programs and Director
of Foreign Admissions at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens
Point (UWSP), where he also held a half-time teaching
position as Associate Professor of Psychology. Fang
earned his doctorate at The University of Wisconsin-Madison.
During his tenure at UWSP, Fang was well known in
the international education circles serving in many
leadership positions in NAFSA: Association of International
Educators, including National Chair of the Council
of Foreign Students and Scholars. |

CONSTANCE FANG
earned her graduate degree at The University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Constance has long been involved in international
education. Until her retirement in 2005, Constance
was Director of Special Programs for the Foreign Student
Office at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
(UWSP). Her accomplishments at UWSP include the initiating
of the Host Family Program, which brings together
foreign students and interested local families for
mutual learning. She and husband, Marc, also established
and advised the International Club, one of the most
active student organizations and well known for its
annual International Dinner and Entertainment Program,
and both now serve on the executive committee of the
Portage County Cultural Festival which annually draws
in excess of 15,000 people to its one-day event. |

Ms. Fang
Xiao serves as System Development Specialist–International
at Ashley Furniture currently. Ms. Fang holds
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information
System from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens
Point. During her study at the University of
Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP), she was served
in many positions, including Secretary/President
of International Club (secretary 01-02, president
02-03), Lead Student Assistant of Foreign |

Student Office
(FSO) (2001-2005 Spring), and Vice President/President
of Chinese Culture Club (V.P. of 02-04,President
of 04-05). In addition, Mr. Fang was awarded
National Dean’s List 2005 and Albertson Medallion
Award 2005, as well as Who’s who Among American
Colleges and Universities (2002, 2003, and 2004)
and University Leadership Award (2003) during
her study at UWSP. |

Ms. Liao
Peng is currently studying Electrical
and Computer Engineering at School of Engineering,
Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
Before her admission to Rutgers, she was studying
at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
(UWSP). During studying at UWSP, Ms. Liao was
served in many positions, including Storage
Food Manager, Student Custodian, Cashier of
the Student Dining Hall, Secretary of the Foreign
Student Office, International Dinner Decoration
Committee Co-Chair, International Student Orientation
Leader, Chinese Culture Club Special Event Coordinator,
and so on. In addition, Ms. Liao was awarded
many honors during her study in the US, including
Edward Dudley Chase Scholarship (Rutgers), Engineering
Deans List (Rutgers), Academic Honors (UWSP),
and Student Activity Scholarship (UWSP). |
