Mr. Fang has been in the satellite & wireless communications, broadcast & CATV network industry for over 15 years with extensive experiences in assisting U.S. based network companies for penetrating China market. His expertise ranging from network technology, project financial and investment. Under Mr. Fang’s leadership, the group has been involved in the Chinese telecommunications & educational broadcast network development for the past 10 years and has built more than 10 satellite and wireless based private networks including broadcast networks in China valued at more than USD100 million today. Mr. Fang holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point and M.D degree from Sichuan University Medical School and a MBA candidate from University of Houston.

Ms. Sharon Hong, Senior VP, Finance & Administration
Ms. Hong served as Senior Director of Finance and Administration at Airtrust International Systems USA Office for 12 years. Ms. Hong is directly responsible for corporate budget planning, administration management, project finance. In her 12 years of corporate finance management experience at Airtrust, Ms. Wang has demonstrated her ability to manage and control the budget and project finance. She is directly responsible for corporate accounting, budgeting, and establishment of professional relationship with the local banking community as well as the local government agencies including the business registration, taxation, licenses.
